High house in two bays and three levels, built at the beginning of the 20th century by architect Léonce Lebrun. Geometric Art Nouveau style.
Beautiful yellow brick facade, on a cut stone base, decorated with semi-circular arch openings, with small wooden windows.
A beautiful stained glass window illustrated with a flying duck adorns the tympanum of the front door.
The ground floor window is decorated with two columns, frequently used in Art Nouveau, supporting a blue stone lintel.
A large loggia cuts the facade in two on the first floor, and seems a little disproportionate.
Overhanging cornice interspersed with small roof windows.
The whole is in good condition and is on the list of protected monuments.
