Designed and built by Léon De Keyser, a year before the neighboring house, it is considered as Art Nouveau style, while its elevation is rather classic, on three levels, with loggia and balcony.

Only the earthenware which decorates it on all floors brings this Art Nouveau touch.

Above the entrance door a panel bears the name of the Villa, in typical period lettering.

Another panel just above indicates the profession of the sponsor, a surveyor.

The other panels offer a wide variety of decorations, flowers, and flower garlands, peacocks and giant butterflies. Two cabochons adorn the sides of the loggia, made by the Manufacture de Céramiques Décorative de Hasselt.

The earthenware was made by the prolific Maison Helman.

House listed since November 1995.
