Pretty atypical row house in this street with rather ordinary facades. Attributed to the architect E. De Weerdt in 1907, it presents a very elaborate facade in terms of its brickwork.
A real “embroidery” work, playing with bricks of different colors and alternating patterns.
The ground floor is also very neat with its two entrances and its window in the center (perhaps a store originally?).
The top floor has a large semicircular arch window topped with an overhanging cornice, supported on two consoles.
The woodwork has obviously been replaced in accordance with the original design.
