Beautiful house, designed by Henri Jacobs, built in 1905, six years after the neighboring houses by the same architect. It won first prize in the competition for the most beautiful facades organized by the municipality of Schaerbeek in 1906.

Floral Art Nouveau style, it remains quite modest compared to some creations dating from the same period.

Beautiful, very balanced facade, in bricks and hard stone.

It is adorned with a loggia with small columns, decorated with beautiful sgraffiti by artist Privat-Livemont.

Note the metal bell pull in floral pattern.

The rather spectacular cornice is arched and decorated with floral motifs.

The garage door was installed in 1956 by the son of Henri Jacobs.

House listed in September 1996.
