Beautiful wide facade in sandstone cut stones, white bricks and hard stone, in an eclectic style with Art Nouveau elements, designed in 1908 by architect Arthur Noël, for his own usage.

The front door, framed in hard stone and two narrow windows adorned with ironwork, bears a beautiful copper plaque decorated with sunlight rays, hence the name of the house.

The first floor balcony is protected by a beautiful geometric-style wrought iron railing.

Colored glass adorns all the windows, which have visibly retained their original joinery.

The ground floor windows feature very well preserved geometric Art Nouveau stained glass.

The building has been listed on the heritage list.
