Very pretty Art Nouveau facade designed by architect Ferdinand Dermond, one of his early works. Narrow facade in two unequal bays ending in an offset gable which gives it all its character.

The facade is made of light colored bricks, alternating with blond Silesian stone and hard stone.

The front door with its glass and wrought iron canopy is particularly elaborate and designed.

The use of exposed metal beams on the first floor clearly demonstrates the architect's attachment to the then in vogue new style.

The decorative panels above the windows are made of “ceramic tiles” and illustrate flowers and a woman's face, another very Art Nouveau element.

The house is in very good condition.
