Built in 1901, by architect Ernest Sturdiau, in the booming district of Zurenborg.
It is a beautiful house with three facades, in a fairly sober geometric Art Nouveau style.
Two bays, one set back behind the entrance door. This one is particularly well drawn, reminiscent of some Paul Hankar’s drawings. Its handle is spectacular. Beautiful medieval-inspired ironwork adorns the top of the door.
An imposing rectangular oriel, placed on very simple consoles completes the facade.
The windows are decorated with floral stained glass.
Beautiful ceramics illustrating lemon trees decorate this beautiful facade.
All window sills are all provided with a carved stone drip edge.
It is in an excellent state of conservation and maintenance.
House listed in 1984.
