A stone's throw from number 8 is this other house by Van Waesberghe, designed in 1898 on an L-shaped plot, for the same owner as that of rue Philippe Le Bon, 55.
A rather remarkable entrance door and the window on the ground floor are massively framed in carved hard stone.
Alternating gray and red bricks.
Imposing loggia on the second floor which rests on a stone base with geometric shapes.
Two fine, well-restored or preserved sgraffito finishes the façade under the cornice, itself surmounted by three skylight windows “à fermette”.
The house is in very good condition, the woodwork seems to be original.
Listed since June 1998
