Beautiful set of four Art Nouveau houses with identical characteristics, but nevertheless all different. Designed by architect Achilles Van Hoecke-Dessel in 1901.

Each house has two unequal bays and three levels of different heights, is built of yellow bricks.

The two central houses form a more imposing group with a stone balcony which borders the top floor, and the sgraffito also present on the upper levels.

At No. 23, the sgraffito has disappeared.

Sculpted heads adorn the tops of windows and entrance doors.

The use of metal lintels is widespread.

The whole lot is in fairly good condition.
