Semi-detached houses with store windows on the ground floor.
Léon De Keyser signed these two houses at the very beginning of the 20th century, exact date unknown.
The style is Art Nouveau, there are basket handle arches at street level and the mezzanine, a bow window loggia on the upper floor and a horseshoe arch window on the top floor.
The facade is made of glazed white bricks crossed with hard stone for the base and window frames. Elegant ironwork adorns the windows and the balcony on the third floor.
Decorative tiles top the metal lintels.
These come from the current catalog of the Hasselt Decorative Ceramics Manufacture, which Léon De Keyser relied on extensively for all his creations.
It should be noted that the building underwent significant modifications in 1992, leaving just the facade intact and restored respecting the original design.
