Built at the same time as No. 29 and the house on the corner, this facade has the same characteristics as the other two, bricks of alternating colors, basket-handle arches, sculpted hard stone for the bases.
Note a gigantic signature and vintage carved in the blue stone at street level, the Strauven brothers liked to sign their creations.
House in very good state of conservation.
