Built the same year as the 't Daghet house at No. 28, Jacques Deweerdt designed a more elaborate facade here, he introduced larger shapes, very drawn window frames.

The facade is made of bricks painted white, and has four different floors.

The fairly simple ground floor is surmounted by an imposing but elegant upper floor, with a projecting balcony and a recessed window with a semicircular arch.

The window on the second floor, still very elaborate, is divided into three parts, as for the top floor, there are two separate windows.

All the woodwork has been restored respecting the original design, a feat!

The facade is lined with fine sculpted moldings and ends with a stork feeding its young.

House listed in December 2003
