Beautiful, recently restored building designed by architect Jean Baptiste Dewin in 1913.

In geometric Art Nouveau style, influenced by the Vienna Secession, the façade, made of glazed white brick and Euville stone, extends over four levels under the roof.

The ground floor features a rather small doorway beneath a large stone lintel surmounted by a window.

A beautiful mosaic inscription, “Ecole Dentaire Belge”, adorns the first floor window sills.

The famous small mosaic roses, so dear to Dewin, also appear there.

The two upper floors are connected by an imposing overhang in the facade.

Above the cornice, a top floor under the roof was remodeled in 1931 by architect Michel Polak.

The building is now divided into apartments, fortunately without damage to the facade. It is not classified or registered on the list of protected monuments.
