Beautiful facade very inspired by emerging Art Nouveau, on three levels and two offset bays. Built in yellow bricks, alternated with colored bricks, blue stone and cut stones.

A beautiful wooden front door stylishly matches the entire building.

Numerous sgraffito panels in good condition decorate the tympanums and certain undersides of windows as well as underneath the cornice.

A three-sided oriel window shares the second floor, it is placed on a wrought iron console.

The guardrails and support for the small roof are also in wrought iron.

The top floor is even different with its large bay window divided into five openings separated by columns.

The whole is in very good condition and has been carefully restored.
